April 29, 2026 at 2:33 pmMy name is prasad, I have new clothing shop and order some clothes from a vendor called R.J. fashion hub found this company on indiamart and this company is located in Gujrat, surat. so I have ordered from different vendors from indiamart but this was my first bad experience. i ordered some clothes from R.J fashion hub, payed the full amount they sent the clothes through travels ( bus ) but when I received them they were deffective, dirty and the finishing was not good at all threads coming out, so I immediately call them and said aisa aisa hai they said share the videos and photos which I sent them and they said they’ll get to me next day. fhir I called them next day ki kya hua baat ki apne boss se they said haa aap vaha se bhej do so I asked who’ll pay for shipping they said hum ko he bharna padega abb, I was like okay mai next din travels se bhej hu and I’ll send you the QR code the driver so pay directly to them (friday ki baat hai ). Now on Saturday moring i called to ask kaha bhej na hai and all toh they weren’t picking up the calls toh I directly called the owner so he said shipping ka aap bhardo baad mai adjust hojaaye ga and tab tak late ho gaya tha jab tak owner se baat ki because travels nikal chuki thi, next day on sunday moring he called amd asked ki bheja kya ? so I said nhi kal aapke he log call nhi utha rahe the toh bus chali gayi aaj bhejunga, he then said ki aaj he bhej na kal matt bhejna mai lunga nhi varna I was like okay, fhir maine bheja voh unko kal i.e tuesday ko mila raat mai, aaj subah call kiya ki parcel mila ? he said yes, I said toh check kiya defects ? he said abhi nhi and yeh 11-11:30am ki baat aaj ki, fhir maine dupair mai call kiya no answer, shaam mai kiya no answer fhir joh lady se coordinate kar raha tha whatsapp pe order dete time called her also many times for an update not picking up the calls, teh vapas 7 ke around ko owner ko call kiya he picked up and I asked check kiya bhai aapne ? he abhi nhi time nhi hai aap tab tak dusra order likhva do, So I said nhi pehle order ka experience itna kharab hai customer service aisi mil rahi ki koi call nhi utha raha hai, call back nhi kar raha hai bara update nhi de raha hai, toh why would I order again from you guys. just check the defects and refund me the money i.e 14110rs, he said nhi hum refund nhi dete ( which was not mentioned to me at the time of placing order) so I said aise thode hota hai refund toh dena padega na apne joh product diya tha voh vaisa ka vaisa he proper bhej diya na apko, this makes no sense ki refund nhi doge uske badle dusra order likhva do and he speaking rudely, toh maine bhi gusse mai aake bol diya ki apna pura naam address and gst number sab bhej do whatsapp pe mai apko legal notice bhejta hu, haa bolke phone cut kar diya and abhi bheja nhi kuch, now i have all the chats, payment proofs, invoices and call recordings uski. So what should I do now mera naya buisness hai I can’t afford to let go 14110rs
