Need help regarding airtel merchant account. Customer scanned qr and sent money. Transaction successful but amount not credited in my airel merchant wallet.

Basically the title. Customer scanned my Airtel merchant scanner and paid 10k and the transaction was successful. But it’s not credited into my Airtel merchant account. It’s been 10 days but the customer care of Airtel payments Bank is not providing any details.They keep providing silly reasons and delaying it everytime. The amount is neither refunded to the customer nor credited to us. What should I do now? Do I have to go through legal process?
