February 27, 2025 at 5:31 pmAs posted in the earlier post, I had been facing unbearable harassment at my office, now they’re wanting to transfer me away from my home, about 500kms to a district when I’m 5 1/2 months pregnant. Would like the experts specially in labour & maternity laws to help me out whether this is legal to do or not. I can understand they’re making reasons every way to make me resign, which i still officially havent but filed complaints in labour commission but with no respite, I haven’t got any positive outcome. -

February 27, 2025 at 8:45 pmTransfer itself isn’t illegal. However, invoking transfer after providing pregnancy information is illegal-
