Need help- Regards to maternity policy and transfers

As posted in the earlier post, I had been facing unbearable harassment at my office, now they’re wanting to transfer me away from my home, about 500kms to a district when I’m 5 1/2 months pregnant. Would like the experts specially in labour & maternity laws to help me out whether this is legal to do or not. I can understand they’re making reasons every way to make me resign, which i still officially havent but filed complaints in labour commission but with no respite, I haven’t got any positive outcome.

Transfer itself isn’t illegal. However, invoking transfer after providing pregnancy information is illegal

Right, even in the benefit act 1961, nowhere it is mentioned about transfer but dismissal and discharge. Would like to understand can transfers be also a part of this?
