I’m hoping someone here can guide me.
I received an order from Savana clothing app on April 5, and the return window was valid for 7 days from delivery, which means till April 12. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized shortly after receiving the order and couldn’t initiate a return in time.
Now that I’ve recovered, I tried reaching out to Savana’s customer support via chat, but they’ve flatly denied any return or support. I’ve also emailed them at support@savana.in and am currently awaiting a response.
The items are worth ₹5800, which is a huge amount for me, and completely unused and still in their original packaging. Sadly, the clothes don’t fit me and I have no use for them. I’ve always been a loyal customer and ordered all my clothes from Savana, but this experience is really disappointing. I feel genuinely cheated and helpless.
Does anyone know I can still claim a refund or get Savana to cooperate? Any help or advice would mean a lot.
