  Hello everyone my mother was trying to contact the customer care for a air fryer company and the guy she told turned out to be a scammer i have raised a complaint on online portal for cyberfraud but needed advise on what to do next I’m really worried please help

  You did the right thing by reporting it. Next step? Call your bank now and ask if they can freeze or recover the money. Also, file a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Portal if you haven’t yet.

  Chances of getting money back are less than 1%.
  
  Call 1930 and report cyber fraud
  
  Visit nearest police station and request cops to freeze account of receiver
  
  Be careful scammers often come for second round where they promise to return /recover money and take whatever customer left with

  Now you have made a cyber fraud complaint. Immediately raise a complaint in Npci website and select fraudulent complaints and fill all the details.

  Contact the bank. If the transaction was unauthorised, it is the bank which shouldve paid attention. Could you share more details?
