USo I joined HCL back in 2020 as a techbee , a program for senior secondary graduates where I’d get trained by HCL for a year then placed in a technical role based on a specific exam score , as it was fed to me by the advertiser.
However this exam wasn’t conducted for our batch and we were all placed in infrastructure roles. Once placed we would also begin our graduate courses , online distance learning BCA from SASTRA University.
Since I went there with a clear goal in mind , I was extremely disappointed with them not conducting the exams for segregation and I kept mailing seniors in the techbee branch of HCL.
A year ahead and apparently there were investigations on the HR because I kept mailing higher officials , which I did because HR or anyone else for that matter wasn’t giving two tiny shites about the problem.
The HR dude got sick of it and terminated me under the remarks of indiscipline , no warning etc. Jusct called me in , small meeting with RM and terminated.
My relationship with the RM weren’t too great either because she knew I hated working in the project.Anyways , I continued pursuing the graduation course from the same univ as it’d already been two years and I also mentioned the same in some mails to the University to which they never mentioned a thing. They kept taking all the fees and now when it’s my last semester they ask for an NOC to allow me to sit in the last sem exams.
I’ve spoken to the Techbee point of contact in HCL and she says HCL can’t issue an NOC and provides no reason why is that so. No NOC , no on-mail approval nothing.
The same for any other students who left the company on their own will.I’ve tried mailing for the past two weeks but nothing has moved a step.
I humbly request you guys to guide me and suggest what steps I should take next.Also , I have experience letter and fnf settlements stuff but SASTRA university is adamant that they need an NOC.
