February 15, 2025 at 6:26 pmHello,My bank account has been put under Total Freeze and I need a reliable lawyer who can help me unfreeze it.
Lien amount – 39.6k, but there’s much more money in the account that I currently do not have access to due to the freeze.
The freeze was applied due to a complaint registered in MHA, Delhi. I believe this freeze is due to a P2P transaction made on Binance.
I contacted the bank, but they say there’s nothing they could do. I reached out to the local cyber cell, but they only provided information on whom to contact in MHA Delhi.
When I contacted them, they mentioned I would need to go all the way to Delhi to sort this out. Traveling all the way there is not something I can do.
Looking for someone reliable who would take reasonable fees to sort this out.
The transaction was carried out in February last year.

February 15, 2025 at 8:33 pmADVOCATE HERE. Almost everyday 1000s of accounts get blocked due to crypto or P2P lending. Nonetheless, accounts do get unblocked. Feel free to discuss more on this.-

February 16, 2025 at 3:27 amHi a very close friend of mine in a similar situation…He was scammed on WhatsApp for a trading related activity for about 3.28lacs which he had transferred to some account based in Noida. They also allowed him to withdraw some profits about 24,800. When he realised he was scammed he raised a cyber compliant giving the suspects details, till now my friend has not received any intimation regarding any amount being put on hold. Now he is worried because the 24,800 was transferred to his account from 2 separate accounts and not from the account to which he had transferred the 3.28L. Are there any chances that his own account gets frozen as he received funds. Should he withdraw all the funds in cash and move them to a new account? please guide.-
