Need help! Uncle occupying land under my Dad’s name.

My Father’s chacha(my grandpa) purchased a plot of land in Tinsukia, Assam on NH315 Decades ago. Before he died he wrote my Father’s name on the will for inheriting this land….but long before his death my Chacha and my dad had been living on this plot of land and my uncle had the papers of this land….Soon my dad moved to Meghalaya due to his job…but in the meantime my chacha was the one living on it…but in the lockdown my grandpa passed away and uncle says he has that land for his own and he wont let us take it back and he will write the land off on the name of his son. My dad is quiet on this, I want to help him out … is there any way i can get back the land because my grandpa wrote the land to my dad’s name. I dont have any documents …can i procure new ones? and is there any chance that he can remove my dad’s name from the ownership of the land somehow through illegal means? Is there any way to remove him off that land from illegal occupation? My chacha is on that land for 25 yrs and we moved out from that place in 2011 and haven’t returned ever since because of bad relations with him. Any help would be very much appreciated.
