I want to talk to a divorce lawyer and property lawyer from south India – preferably Chikkamagaluru District.

My mom is helpless and sh*t scared of my dad. He is not letting my mom do E- Swattu update, he is causing problems. And last time she tried to file for divorce he manipulated and scared her and didn’t let her file for divorce. They having living in separate house but the property is in my moms name. He has been causing a lot of domestic abuse and defaming. we have already complained to police twice.

Our family lawyer recently retired and he is not reachable.
We consulted another lawyer but he didn’t show much interest. We wanted restraining order, divorce, eviction notice, harassment case, etc but the lawyer said wife and kids can’t file cases like that. We are confused and lost.

Any genuine leads would be really appreciated. Thank you.
