NEED HELP WITH AADHAR DOB UPDATE

My mother’s date of birth on aadhar doesn’t match with her date of birth on her marksheet.. also her name changed after her marriage.. she used Kumari on her marksheet but now uses Devi on her aadhar and all other documents..

I want to correct her date of birth on her aadhar.. what can I do.. which documents I need to use.. affidavit or whatever..

(She doesn’t has a marriage certificate because she got married very earlier.. that time marriage certificate concept wasn’t very popular.. so exclude marriage certificate into consideration)
