Need Help with Noisy Neighbors Disrupting My Studies

I’m a 16-year-old student struggling to concentrate on my exams because my neighbor has allowed a furniture worker to set up shop on their land, and the noise from the work is constant, day and night. It’s really frustrating and affecting my ability to study. Is there anything I can do to address this situation? Any advice would be appreciated!

It comes under the Tort of Nuisance.

If it’s not a commercial plot and a residential plot, then you can do something about it.

Talk with your parents to talk with the neighbour.

Else civil suit can be filed.

lol they’re allowed to have construction unfortunately. I would suggest going to a library to study
