C– Filled application in Bihar (where im studying), for passport renewal. paid usual 2k during application.
– by mistake put wrong police station
– they sent a letter l dated november 28, 2024 saying that we have paused your application, respond to us via mail within 30 days. it reached my college on january 20, 2025.
– due to illness, holidays and exams, i was just able to mail them last week.
– am unable to get in touch with anyone from rpo patna, or even the national grievance cell based in delhi. no reply to my mail or reply to the 20 calls I make daily to rpo patna and national passport grievance cell.
– if this is the right sub for this help, any help will be appreciated
