Need help with passport application

My father’s name in my 10th and 12th certificates has his first, middle and last name (e.g. ABC).
But in my Aadhar and pan, in the column of father’s name it’s just his first and middle name (AB).
I am applying for a new passport and this might cause some problems for me.
What should i do to rectify this?
