Need help with passport name mismatch

So the situation is my wife still has her maiden name in all her documents. Now I got my passport made with her name listed as – [HER NAME] [MY NAME] [MY SIRNAME] – as my spouse.

Now we need to make her passport – dilemma is – should we change her name before making the passport or is it ok if her passport is in her maiden name but my passport has her name different(listed as my spouse).

1. Will it cause trouble when we apply for her passport?

2. Will it cause trouble when we travel abroad?

PS: she doesnt have any problem changing her name only thing is it will take time and we live in a different city than our hometown. Mistake in my passport was done by passport agent, stupid I know.
