UWe have reviewed your account (2025) and observed that a police complaint has been registered under police requisition having NCCRP
A transaction done on 6th Jan 2025 for 392 rs has been falgged I have complaint number . It’s in himachal pradesh
We request you to directly reach out to the Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) against complaint No for details or issuance of any fresh orders with respect to this complaint.
To reach out to the respective Nodal Cyber cell and Grievance Officer, please open the link below and kindly contact the authorities and make arrangements for closure/withdrawal of the complaint and for issuing fresh orders advising us to unfreeze the account/lift the lien from the account.
Please be advised that as per guidelines we are not authorized to remove the restrictions from the account until the LEA provides us a letter overriding the mentioned complaint.
Resolution: The complaint must be resolved with the LEA. Once the LEA confirms the resolution and provides the NOC to the bank (Email- tmcomplaints@federalbank.co.in) the bank we will be able to unfreeze the account/lift the lien from the account.
