February 20, 2025 at 12:44 pmShoppersStop stole my watch worth 16k when it was returned to them and have now refused any refund. They are now forcing a watch worth 500rs down my throat and I don’t want it. On the e-jagriti platform, it says that I need a notarized affidavit. How do I obtain one in Gurgaon, near sector 82. Any help will be appreciated. -

February 20, 2025 at 12:50 pmGo to gurugram court there will be a typing pool room, the person over there will draft it and then you have to append your signatures on it and you can get same notarized from Notary official there.-

February 20, 2025 at 12:58 pmyour signature is mandatory. without signature no one will notarize it. If you want I can share the draft of affidavit with you, you can just add your details in it. you can get the draft of affidavit online also. Notary official will take somewhere about 20-50 rupees depending on area to area. Not more than 50. You can get it notarized from any notary official not specificall gurugram court. Usually notary officials sits in courts-

February 20, 2025 at 1:20 pmADVOCATE HERE. Mostly, the advice given is correct, however, after uploading, documents need to be submitted physically compulsorily. Notary stamp costs practically nothing in front of 16K, don’t worry. Gurugram Consumer Commission is adjacent to Gurugram District Court. Official address: Vikas Sadan, Shanti Nagar, Sector 11, Gurugram.
