March 28, 2025 at 2:38 amGUYS PLEASE READ MY STORY!!!I booked an Airport cab on mmt 24 hours ago and we all know that MMT provides details of the driver 30 mInutes ago. The cab was for my senior citizen mother and my brother who was coming home after a 12-hour flight. This driver called my father at 3 am and mind me the cab is booked for 6 am so we have not received any driver details. My father said that we would contact the number the company would provide and out of nowhere this driver threatened my senior citizen father saying “TUJHE DARR LGRA HAI KYA SAALE”. He has deleted those chats on WhatsApp I will attach a screenshot and when MMT provided the driver details 30 min ago my father called him then he turned out the same driver and started abusing again. At this point, I get to know about everything that has happened and I contacted MMT customer service and initially, they were like like yes ma’am we understand and we will book a different cab but then my father started receiving random calls from drivers who were not associated with MMT saying they are at Nizamuddin. I contacted the MMT people again and guess what??? SORRY MAAM NO DRIVER IS AVAILABLE YOU CAN BOOK FROM SOME OTHER APPLICATION. They left me high and dry. It was such a bad experience. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT AS OF NOW.
ANY LAWYER PLEASE ADVISE ME ON HOW TO GO ABOUT IT I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO ESPECIALLY WHAT MY PARENTS HAD TO GO THROUGH -

I’ve had enough experience with them to use past tense.Don’t get me wrong they are still good but just for search and estimation. And that is exactly what I use them for now.
Once I settle down on things I get it done outside of MMT.
It’s safer and more concrete.Remember the mantra – Remove the middle men.

March 29, 2025 at 7:53 amMMT is pathetic . I booked a hotel once in Nainital , as my wife had to work from home and we were getting late , so thought to book it through MMT . Hotel website had mentioned WiFi on it and it was good 3-4 star rated hotel . But when we reached hotel , front office said yes we have WiFi but only in lobby not in rooms . I was like WTF , so I refused to check in . When I raised with MMT they started putting it on me , while I had all screenshots , and no where it was mentioned WiFi only in lobby . I wasted my 5-6000 rs . Despite sending all the proofs and even emailing CEO , no refund was given . Sent legal notice to MMT they didnโt even responded to that . From that day I decided not to use MMT .On the other hand I now use TRIP.Com their customer service is top notch , we booked hotel last month on Kullu ( our first time there ) , on photos it was good , when we reached hotel, they gave us room on 4th floor and no elevators & I had aged parents with me . Somehow we managed , next day when we complained to trip , and submitted all proof . Not only they gave us refund , they gave us refund also for the day we stayed in .
MMT is pathetic and they donโt care about you or your money .

I have asked them for my refund, an apology along with what action they have taken against this driver.ย

March 28, 2025 at 12:52 pmWe had once booked a resort 3-4 months in advance thru MMT only to realise one day prior of the actual journey, that the resort never accepted the booking, although the confirmation was still showing in the App (by which time there were hardly any options left and prices were 3x). Avoid MMT, even for flights. -

March 29, 2025 at 6:51 amTell the full story by including things you omitted and removing possibly fabricated stuff. Why would the driver simply behave this way? What did you do? From your description, you behaved all goody goody but cab driver for some reason simply aggroโd ? Come clean. -

March 31, 2025 at 3:48 pmYou’d most likely get a refund. Also, you can try Bluesmart for cabs to and from the Airport. They’re pretty good as far as I know. HAven’t faced any such issue till now.
