SHey everyone,
I need some advice on how to handle a difficult situation with my neighbor. She seems to have some mental health issues and often causes problems in front of my house. She throws garbage near my entrance and parks her cycle right in front of my gate, blocking the way.
Whenever I try to talk to her about it, she gets aggressive and starts arguing. I’ve tried being polite, but nothing works. Her family doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it either.
I don’t want to be unfair to her since she might not be fully aware of her actions, but at the same time, this is making my daily life difficult.
What legal steps can I take to stop this? Can I file a complaint with the police or the municipal authorities? Is there any way to get her help if she needs mental health treatment?
