Need legal advice on abortion.

So recently my friend who’s in clg went through abortion and twice in 6 month . And now she is dealing with lots of health issues and shit like suicidal attempts etc. she is basically mentally ill . And the doctor who terminated the pregnancy suggested her psychiatrist help . But she is a student and not earning but the guy is earning and now I’m looking some legal help for her so that the guy can atleast pay for her medical bills . Is there any way she can get this legally with some signed documents etc . As I really don’t wanna loose her and I hope she can get better if she talk with doctor. Please suggest anything..that guy is really messing things for her . Like she is dealing with a lot of shit right now but his life is not affected even a little . So please help .
