SHi Lawyers,
I own a flat in mumbai.. on Feb 2025 it was given on rent to a family. No agreement. The condition was that the flat is on sale and whenever the token is done I’ll have to give one week notice and the tenet have to clear the flat. They agreed to the condition and the rent amount was negotiated.
The token has been done by a party on march and tenet has been informed.
It’s April now and the lady started giving excuses that there’s exams going on of their kids(which we understood and gave them enough time & exams are over now).
What are the legal steps I can take I need guidance. Lawyer or any knowledgeable person can enlighten me. Thank you.
