Need legal advice over business issue between brothers

Hey so we own a utensils shop which is registered in the name of dad my grand dad and second name is of my own grandfather so this dispute has been going on for around 15 years now we want to get seperated from that joint family business but he is refusing to do that and is just delaying that we also have 3 property disputes because father of my grandfather bought everything in joint and now today my father had a huge verbal fight no physical contact just both parties hurling abuses and that mf threatened to report my father to the police what are our legal options that we can explore regarding both this recent issue and the long term business issue btw my father has been asking his share since 3 days with also some amount pending for 3 months share too
