March 28, 2025 at 4:32 pmPlease refer to my previous post here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/LegalAdviceIndia/comments/1ikmmp8/need_some_legal_advice_on_my_late_mothers_pending/](https://www.reddit.com/r/LegalAdviceIndia/comments/1ikmmp8/need_some_legal_advice_on_my_late_mothers_pending/)As some suggested there, I filed a grievance on PGPORTAL which has now reached my mother’s school. I want to claim CSR Rules 160 and 164-A
1. **Article 160-Leave on medical certificate**: Leave on medical certificate may be granted for three years in all but not for more than 2 years at one time, and no officer can have leave on medical certificate out of India more than twice.ย
2. **Article 164-A- Leave allowance to government servants suffering from T.B and Cancer**-ย **(a)**ย A govt. servant holding a permanent or temporary post will, when suffering from T.B or Cancer, be entitled to leave allowances equal to his salary/presumptive pay for such period for which such leave is admissible on medical certificate under these regulations.ยThe school principal forwarded the grievance query to Chief Education Officer of my area and asked for direction. The CEO is asking to follow CSR LEAVE Rules, in which there is no such rule mentioned. The rule is mentioned in CSR book and not in CSR Leave Rules book.
So as a next step, I am planning to file an RTI with the below content generated with the help of Chat GPT:

Please guide me if any changes are needed here or if this as next step is enough before proceeding with a legal case. I am waiting for all the other dues like GPF, gratuity etc before filing for the court case.
