SA person pretended to be cbi promised us to do a work and scammed us of 1 lakh and went no contact for 1.5 years. In 2025 I finally got in touch with his family member and they promised to return the whole amount. But she said she would return it with whatever she will have after hearing what that man did. We told them everything how he manipulated and scammed us and my father still waited incase he would contact or something.
People around us were so ready to file fir against him but we being in financial crises couldn’t do it. We were actually in very much of need and they delayed sending it only sending it in some few thousand and as of today only sent 55k and not sending remaining amount and not even receiving calls and texts.
We are in very much stress because of it I don’t know what to do please help me out. We are very much in crisis and in really really bad condition and mostly because of this person and also I asked him to double the given amount and pay did I do right or wrong please help me out

SThe actual thing is we were sort of in a problem due to a land not able to sell. We were introduced to this man in 2023 as a cbi officer.
By a very trusted person btw. He claimed he will the do the work and need not to worry. He then showed us a real estate agent and told us they are willing to do a deal but with a advance first. We said okay how much and he said 5 lacs we were terrified because the reason we were selling it was because of financial crisis. So we told him sorry the deal is off we can’t really arrange so sometimes after he said he is willing to pay 4 lacs on behalf of us to seal the deal because this shouldnt be missed we were over the moon because he was willing to help then he said you have to arrange the remaining amount and gave us 2 months time. The time was up but we weren’t able to arrange so he started harassing us saying they are getting heated because of the delay arrange it quicker or else the deal is off. We then arranged somehow from relatives and sent it to him. And then his vanishing started and totally vanished one day.
There is more to it but this was what happened and now we are really in need but they are ignoring and not clearing the remaining amount. -
