February 14, 2025 at 3:04 amMy dad passed away recently. We got the legal heir certificate with me, my mother and my grandmother. So what would be the best way to transfer the property from my father’s name to me and my mother’s. My grandmother is not interested in the property and will sign noc. Should we get noc for each property transfer individually? Or one noc in general would be enough? We also have to transfer other things such as gas connection likewise.
Also if my grandmother passes away before we transfer the property will her legal heirs also have any claim over my dad’s property.
Any help and suggestions would be helpful. TIA
