Need urgent advice on harrasment.

Hi all, with all due respect I appreciate your people’s expertise.

Long story short:

My friend(Female) is being constantly harassed by her ex. He emails to her work email , even being blocked in multiple sources, he threatens her past photos and action to be realised with her company and parents. Also mentions that he will torture her life futher after he becomes a higher government offical. In order to stop these he wants her to spend a day with him.

What to do?

Please do let me know how I can proceed, day by day it’s becoming worse.
