April 24, 2026 at 4:38 pmI had gotten a e-sim last year because my main was having some issues. I live in Ahembad for studies and bought it here only. The thing is it is postpaid and i payed the bill religiously even after i had technically no use of the sim. After a bit the expenses got too much and i wanted to deactivate the sim. Someone said to just stop paying the bills and they will deactivate it naturally. My brothers said to just go to the store and get it done once and for all or atleast shift to prepaid so i only pay for what i use. The thing is i forgot and was not able to go to store. I had usually been getting messages and calls on my secondary number for it as well. But now they have sent the following message.
I have done the full payment of the due amount but am just worried about the future actions. I do plan on calling the the service provider in the morning for more information but currently am very worried.
PLEASE HELP AND TELL ME AM I IN LEGAL TROUBLE? should i tell my family?
The following is the msg i got along with a pdf of the same in a more legal jargon :
(Note: i have taken out private information for safety)
