SMy aunt is a cannibalistic, I won’t go into details if never bothered me until I left my dog with her for a month because I had to leave to UAE for some personal reasons. After I came back she said she lost my dog and he ran away I was devastated I was so mad at her but then I saw my dogs paw lying in my room. Literally cut off I don’t know what to do or whom to tell any legal actions I could do I don’t have much proof.

QThat’s not cannibalism. It’s animal cruelty. You can file a complaint under s325 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Samhita, which is a cognizable offence with 5y imprisonment.
Lack of evidence is a practical problem. Police will not be very motivated in most places. Keep the paw frozen or preserved. Send it to a forensic lab and let the police know. You have to find some evidence of messages etc where you’re discussing the dog when it was with your aunt. All of that could be useful.

The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 defines cruelty to animals.
For a first-time offense, the punishment can include imprisonment for up to three months, a fine of up to Rs. 50, or both.
For subsequent offenses, the imprisonment can extend up to six months, a fine of up to Rs. 100, or both.
But you don’t have any witnesses and the entire case is based on circumstantial evidence

Nice way to call your Aunty a ‘Dog’. Coz she needs to be a Dog in order to be called a cannibal.
If you found your dogs paws there chances are she is into black magic or something.
Sorry it happened to you! I know for some people losing a dog is just like losing a person. Not a lawyer but If you have some kind of proofs you can file a case under animal cruelty. If you don’t know how to collect proofs you can talk to a lawyer he might guide you.
