MNeed Urgent Help Brother-in-law’s Child Taken Away, False Domestic Violence Case Filed — Looking for Good Lawyer in Aluva/Kochi
My brother-in-law is going through a really tough situation regarding his child’s custody. His wife, without any prior information, suddenly ran away with the child to her native place in Kochi and has now filed a domestic violence case (running into 4 pages) against him and the family at the local police station.
To be honest, she has been extremely narcissistic, vindictive, and She is unempathetic and not a good mother… everything has been about control and harassment. The child’s emotional and mental well-being is at serious risk if left in her custody for long.
We are desperately looking for a good, experienced family/divorce lawyer who can guide us properly, especially someone who has handled such sensitive child custody cases in or around Aluva/Kochi.
