AI went bank of baroda branch today for complaining to the bm that their staffs asked police gd reciept forclosure my savings account which i mentioned not required in case of lost at home and I recorded the video yesterday without their consent because they did not gave me the samme line in written but today at bm’s office the same employee came and snatched. My pphone because I recorded their viddeo yesterday and put me in police station. Can somebody tell me what to do???

Bask for bank register and write down complaint in it.
Give written complaint to bank manager and take acknowledgement.
After 30 days write Complaint to RBI ombudsman
after 3-4 days, file RTI requesting status of your complaint
also register complaint on DPG portal (Google it)

BBM have huge ego but you can not complain to RBI unless it’s 30 days from regular complaint.
Just do formality.
Regarding abuse, you should post on Twitter and reach out to Suchita Dalal. She has NGO called money life something. They help with financial malpractices without charging any money

UNot a lawyer. I think photography is not allowed in the bank. But again, they snatched the phone while you were not recording, so i think what they did is wrong. But since you are in the police station, u might want to know whether they have filed any case against you. Whatever the case maybe, i think u should say u were not aware of that rule and was trying to record for your own safety.

AThey snatched my primary phone at the branch. They threatened me. My finger is bit injured. Is there any way to sue them back? The moron police people also did not even checked any current cctv footage and straightly dragged me into police station.
