Neighbour creating ruckus.

I have a neighbour who is cresting ruckus due to parking issues. My house is a corner side house at T point. I park my car on the side road of my house and my neighbour used to park in front of our car with our permission.
Today a cousin of mine drove from Delhi to Lucknow, i asked my neighbour to move his car in front of his house so that my cousin could park his car behind our car.

What this neighbour did completely destroyed our mental peace. He took his car and parked it parallel to our car and blocked the road. We have not confronted him face to face yet but we did on whatsapp and he said that we have removed our car from your side and the road doesn’t belong to anyone. Anyone can park their car anywhere. I wish i could add images here to show what he did.

I am seeking some sort of resolution where we do not have to get the police involved, as my family has never went to the police or police station for any such matter.

PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE.

Two idiots who can’t afford parking inside their homes, fighting for parking on a public road. Other Neighbors should compalin against you both..

This is a classic case. I am also looking for the same. We are living in the same area for 25 years. Neighbours did not allow park our cycles in front of their houses when we were kids. Now they park cars and bikes infront of our homes and claim it’s road.
