April 29, 2026 at 5:08 amSituation feels unreal honestly. Need some advice. Our neighbour built a boundary wall on 2×91 feet of our land. Revenue Department did an official demarcation in Dec 2025 which confirmed the encroachment — and the neighbour himself signed the document acknowledging it. We also have a certified copy from Revenue Dept.
Despite this, since March 2026 he started throwing our belongings and stopping construction on our own land. When we went to file a complaint at the local police station — they refused to even accept our application calling it a “civil matter.”
Things escalated and there was a physical altercation in March 2026 — FIR filed from both sides. Both parties also signed Form 41 at the police station. Still zero resolution.
The worst part? Neighbour is now refusing to accept the official demarcation and demanding a fresh one. And our local police is actually supporting this demand — despite his own signature being on the original document. It’s been 2 months of harassment with no end in sight
