CI belong to a SC caste(Malo).. my neighbour who once was good with us knew it. Today in a property dispute he was threatening me and calling me by other racial slurs (Cha*ar). it was in public but the whole neighbourhood is silent. Nobody even get out.. I know they will not be a witness.. Can i file an FIR in SC/ST act ? it’s been almost 5 years that we are facing the abuses of this neighbour.. my father is a peace loving man, i am preparing for my exams.. we are really scared pf those people.. they have 3 sons, all of them are drunkard..can anyone please help me? please suggest me what to do? it’s badly affecting our mental peace. we are in West Bengal.. i went to a police officer and he said ye chota mota baat hai, aapas mein milke solve kar lo. gali ke liye koi witness nhi milega.. tum hi fas jaoge case mein.. it’s now affecting my study, maa’s health.. we really can’t bear it anymore
the property case – my father signed a deal of 1.5 foot in exchange of money and in return the neighbour promised in a court paper that they will make a wall.. simce my father is too simple, he failed to mention any date.. it was 2009.. till now they haven’t made wall.. they plant big trees near pur house that is damaging our house, they burn plastics near our window, they burn red chillies near our window during night so that we can’t open windows.. whenever we ask them politely they start abusing us badly.. and i don’t want to be racist but since almost 70-80% neighbours are here from bihar, they always support the neighbour who is also from bihar..
