New SIM showing someone else’s Swiggy data including address and order history – what should I do

Hi all,

I recently got a new mobile number in India and when I tried logging into Swiggy, I found that this number is already linked to another person’s account.

I am able to see their personal details including full address, contact info, and order history. It is also worrying that my new accounts could potentially be accessed by someone else if they have not logged out of Swiggy.

I have already contacted Swiggy support, but this feels like a huge violation of privacy from Swiggy’s side. What should I do? What are my rights here?
