YI booked a property for rent which is managed my NoBroker. I paid their onboarding charges which also covers cleaning.
The RM assigned to me failed to make the property available on agreed date Twice as no work was done in the property.
On the day of movement, the NB agents were in the property for cleaning and all.
I received the keys between 8-8:30pm.
Only basic cleaning was done and I felt cheated.
Fast forward, now the NB team is asking for rent including the day of movement where I received the keys late at the day, and after refusing to pay rent or that particular day, they are threatening me to vacate the property.
I have call recordings of all their calls where they agreed about their mistake about pushing date ahead.
I live in Pune, Maharashtra. What are my chances here to fight this as the RM is pushing their shortfalls onto me.I know NB is no good, but being cash strapped and time bound, I had no alternative option.
I appreciate all the help, I already have lost somuch money in cleaning and to my previous owner as he deducted through deposit and handed me only 1/3 amount.
