NoBroker Relationship Manager scam – NoBroker is not refunding my money that I paid as a token advance

I was looking for a property purchase in NoBroker and the RM made me to pay a token amount of 1 Lakh rupees. I several times told him that I’ll not make the payment until I discuss with my family members to finalise the property. He promised me that the amount will be refunded if you want to cancel the deal within 45 days of payment. Moreover he said the documents shall be provided only if the token amount is paid. He sent an email and made the payment to NoBroker through Google pay. Payment was done on January 19 2024.till last Sunday the RM promised me that the amount will be refunded. All of a sudden I got a random call from a different number and I explained the issue the person who called me said that you money will not be refunded

I agree, but I thought NoBroker is a genuine company and that guy was talking to me until day before yesterday. Is there any solution to get back the money

Meeting senior folks in nobroker with proper documentation or police complaint is all I can think off

Bro, post it on twitter.. with email communication proofs, transaction id, google pay screenshot.. expose the email ids of the scammers and tag IAS, media everyone..
