NOC issued by CARA after HC order

Yesterday after the order of Gujarat High Court passed in March 2026 our client got NOC and Verification Certificate from CARA.

The impediment in the way of relocation of the children was removed when in March Gujarat High Court Directed the CARA and DM to do needful in interest of welfare of Children.

We learnt while studying law. “JUDGES SHOULD STEP IN TO FILL GAP WHERE LAW FALLS SHORT.”

HAMA adoptions are a grey area internationally but our laws understand that the best interests of a child is within the family!
