UHello i’m from delhi
my father died last month and my mother and father got divorced in 2019 and i’m living with my mother
so my father made bua as nomination in his fixed deposits but she has extracted the money from the fds and term insurances and denied to give to me and my sister
the death certificate of my father was linked to my number and i denied to give to them yet they have illegally obtained my fathers death certificate without my otp or consent.
also my grandfather’s property they are trying to sell that property without my consent i said that i don’t want to sell my grandfathers property in any case
so i need a professional lawyer who handles only these kinds of cases but i had recently lost my money in my business so i am really super low on them and it would be much helpful if i can get my fathers money if possible 22 lakhs of fds and 5 and 6 lakhs of term insurances each have been withdrawn by my father’s sister and denied to be given to me also i don’t want to sell my grandfathers property in any case please help me with any lawyers from delhi -
RADVOCATE HERE. Nominee is duty bound not to misappropriate assets received. You are well within rights to oppose said activities. Foremost suggestions would be that you file injunction suits and interim application seeking status qua. Secondly, write letters to local Sub Registrar of Property as well as Police about the circumstances. If in case she sells off or transfers money, you will get an upper hand.
