Not receiving Marksheets

I have cleared my 3 arrear exams in June 2022 from Bharathiar University. But I have not recieved the Marksheets yet. I have contacted the COE of the university and have submitted a written request for the issuance of the marksheet in August 2024. I visited the university again in November 2024 but I have not been provided any update regarding the Marksheets. I raised a complaint in online grievance portal. But they have closed the complaint telling me to contact the university. What else can I do?
