May 4, 2025 at 4:16 amHi, I worked for Swiggy as a delivery partner (boy) for few weeks. During that period, on 9th April, 2025. I ordered two full sleeve Swiggy delivery boy tshirts and 1 Swiggy bag. Paid 798 online through my bank account UPIBut the very next day, I received the same as a part of onboarding kit (for which they charged me 1600 seperately, deduction from earning)
Now that I have received 2 tshirts and 1 Swiggy bag already, what would I do with the second set.
So I mailed to Swiggy support team to cancel order on 10th April itself. There was no response on it.On 16th April, the Delhivery team delivery boy came to my doorstep to deliver this. I gave him cancel otp and did not accept the delivery.
The delhivery team customer care said, for any returns contact sender.
I have sent like 10 mails after that, contacted local team leader and manager, posted on Instagram and Twitter. Raised so many tickets.
They are just redirecting me, contact here, contact there. Raise this ticket, that ticket, and asking for same thing again and again and not responding to screenshot sent.
I am truly frustrated on this, as per their returns policy mentioned on the Swiggy store, I as supposed to get a refund by 29th April.
What next can I do, if they don’t refund me my money?
Btw I have also raised a ticket with my bank and they say their turn around time is 15 days.
Please help, its my hard earned money.
