January 27, 2025 at 1:21 amI stay in a building in Mumbai that has a public park just opposite. The park has become a big nuisance for all buildings around it. Children from nearby slums play cricket in the park all the time shouting and use abusive language. Women / Old people cannot use the parkβs walking track as they play aggressively and it can hurt them. Now, they have broken the side gate of the park and enter at all odd hours playing cricket at 5 am and shouting. We have given letter to local police and local BMC ex corporator. But no action is being taken. Can we do anything legally to stop this nuisance? -

OP
January 27, 2025 at 2:30 amIt has not happened suddenly. It has only increased in last few years. After the side gate was broken, it is now a nuisance any time of the night / early morning as well. It is in Borivali suburbs.
