Obc ncl doubt regarding wealth tax , need advice from law person

I am planning to give upsc

My father ( business )and mother( house wife ) both income is less then limit 8 lakhs
Our agricultural land is also in limit according to state rules

This year upsc changed the form , and added many details
One such is details was “wealth held by parents” and also asked “whether that wealth is above wealth tax limit “

I had few questions

1. Is wealth a criteria to be in obc ncl according to official rules of goverment ?

2. I searched on google and got to know wealth tax was abolished an its limit was 30 lakhs
So if my parents ITR is less than 8 lakhs but wealth more than above limit will i be eligible for obc ncl because when i went nearest e seva to make obc ncl they did not ask anything for wealth details only thing they asked was ITR last 3 years and other documents but nothing related to wealth

I am not in legality so i am in fear that giving any wrong details may lead me in problem so just wanted to get evey thing clear from the ones who are into law
