There was this online issue and a guy wrote something like “mind your business – oh you don’t have one”

And It was kind of trolling and hate speech in that context . I told this is hate speech and violating bns and will be submitting it to cybercrime.

He told I am falsely accusing and threatening him. Is this threat or false accusation? Isn’t it within my rights to tell that I can complaint on him for the same?

Am I legally wrong here?

He is right about you not having a meaningful life goal or as we say business. Why do you care so much online debates ?
