April 17, 2025 at 10:56 pmI (M21) have been in a conflict with a fellow student (M20) at my college over a project. There was a lot of bickering and back and forth name calling and abuse of each other’s parents involved. After the presentation was over, I blocked him for my mental peace as I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with his nonsense anymore. But after the internal marks were released, he has been trying to contact me from random mobile numbers to harass me. He has used over 6 numbers over a period of 2 days so far even after I keep blocking one after the other. Some of his messages include “Ur mom is valued so cheap in the fuck market that even if I put my dick in her mouth and choke her to death nobody would give a fuck”
“Hey bitch, you wanna hear ur donkey mom getting gangbanged by us again? 🤣 She’s such a good deepthroater and imma put my dick in her asshole now scramble the shit Outta her”
“Ur like an under-aged bitch whom I like to toy with and rape multiple times as and when I feel bored, stop blocking and running from me motherfucking pussy”
I have already filed an online complaint at the cybercrime portal. I wish to file a complaint in person at a police station. Is he legally in trouble? Would Section 506 be applicable in this case? -

April 18, 2025 at 1:01 amGo to the police and tell he is threatening your mom, even if he gets a warning, it’s enough. Or tell your college’s anti-ragging committee, they would like a little experience -

April 18, 2025 at 5:05 amYes, he’s in serious legal trouble. What he’s doing is not just harassment, it’s criminal intimidation, cyberstalking, and sending sexually explicit threats. You’ve done the right thing by filing an online complaint. Now file an FIR in person with all screenshots and call logs, this guy seriously needs to be taught a lesson.Sections that apply:
IPC 506 (criminal intimidation)
IPC 354A & 509 (sexual harassment and insulting modesty)
IT Act 67 (obscene content)
IPC 507 (anonymous threats)
