TContext : My iphone was broken but i have apple protection plus and I have given my phone to apple authorised service centre they delayed the my service for nearly 1 month and didn’t inform me and kept delayed and i have send legal notice through an online legal service which is online legal India and it’s been 1 year they never cared about my case nor solved it and now they never responding to my calls all I’m doing calling to their customer service and asking about when will it is over
What can i do in this situation?
Any help?
