So I enrolled my daughter in an online school and after 10 days of classes realised it is not what was promised and we left. Now when we ask for the money back the coordinator has threatened to send my messages to the “higher authorities”. I think she means police. I was not rude I told her I will be posting reviews about what happened go us and will make a scene if my money is not returned as I need it to enroll my daughter in other classes. What should my steps be if they go to the police or make a legal case.
