Ordered from Bubblefarm in late March for around ₹1.7k.
I forgot about it for a bit, checked later, and the courier tracking shows the shipment was cancelled by the seller in early April.
Since then:
* no product delivered
* no refund received
* multiple emails sent
* no response at all
I have screenshots of the order page, the tracking status showing seller-side cancellation, and the email trail.
I’m planning to file a consumer complaint. For people who’ve dealt with this before, what’s the best sequence here in India? NCH first and then consumer commission if needed?
