March 5, 2025 at 2:47 pmMy long story below…on 25-Jan-2025 I placed an order for 01 nos Ubiquiti U7 Pro Max on website (https://www.ipvoicetechnologies.in/).
The site is secure and seems legit , with no negative review on Google.
I paid full amount of INR โน33,019.00/- with my Axis debit card and through Razorpay payment gateway.
The transaction was successful.Unfortunately as the ordered item was not in their stock , they asked me to wait for 7-10 days , but even after 10days the item did not come to the stock.
At that time, as per their request, I cancelled my order (on 3-Feb-2025) , so that they can issue refund to me.Now the game started , first they asked me to buy other item from their stock , I denied.
Then they told they initiated refund through Razorpay , and it’s stuck there.
Then told they would do NEFT , they didn’t.
Now telling , they not even received the payment due to issue with razorpay (which is wrong as razorpay confirm payment settle successfuly into their account).When I warned them that I will take action , they literally told “Do whatever you can”

But as of today 05-March-2025 , I did not received any refund.
I have raised chargeback request through my bank , and the bank credited temporary amount into my account , but as it is temporary I am not able to use the same.
Also raised dispute with Razorpay also.
What else I can do.

We gracefully initiate refund.There is possibility that merchant have not received any big order after yours and your amount is settled so merchant have to wait for the equal amount of another order to issue refund or have to topup rajarpay account to issue refund.

And whatever is required it’s their duty to issue refunds to the customer.
It’s more than 1months now-

March 5, 2025 at 3:09 pmYeah I do not any issue to refund amount considering options merchant have.I suggest to go to police station and and make police understand the merchants options to issue refund and request officer to call the merchant to threaten.
Obviously, merchant will ask few days wait for it. If this does not work report to cyber security.

March 5, 2025 at 3:15 pmNever tried this. Try to get everything on email to foolproof your case along with WhatsApp ss and share same to bank to make your case more strong.
