Hello everyone, on 21 April I purchased an electric toothbrush from VleBazaar using my debit card.
A few hours later, I told my friend that I got it for around ₹500 less, and he asked, “Ummm… did you check the reviews? Is this legit?”
After that, I checked the reviews… and that’s when the regret started.
Today is 1 May, and I’ve tried calling them, but no one picks up. My tickets are barely getting replies, and the only response I got was that due to some production issue, my order is delayed.
I’ve already raised a dispute with my bank and filed a complaint with NCH, but after seeing so many complaints from others, I honestly have very little hope left.
It was my birthday month, and I just wanted to buy something nice for myself… but yeah. 🙂
Has anyone actually managed to get their money back from VleBazaar? Or is there any other way to recover it? Please help.
