MI recently shifted to delhi and I contacted this packing and moving company to move some packages and my bike from my state to Delhi. They said it will be done in 4-6 days but mow it’s been 2 weeks and when I call them they direct me to ask the guys who packed and when I call those guys they say there is no truck/transport going to delhi ask the company.
After I reached out to the company they said the local movers told them that packages are dispatched already (obviously lying) and now I am kinda stuck. I have paid them already and they are now from here they are from Chandigarh.
I asked them to refund but they said package is already dispatched so we can’t do that. I was thinking of asking my brother to check and if the packages are still not dispatched just take ir back home. I don’t know if it’s right thing to do ?
What are my options? Can I atleast get money back ? it was around 20K

DIf it is not a full load then generally P&M will wait till the carrier is full from other orders. So it could take time to dispatch.
If the P&M company is reputed then you don’t need to worry. You will get your goods.

Scammers have cloned fake websites of those 1% genuine packers and movers.
Google “movers and packers scam reddit India”
Now file FIR, run behind police station to get your stuff back.

exa- There is one genuine Agarwal mover and packer and 10+ fake Agarwal sites on google.

MHmm.. he gave me the same number he used but I will check it again and see If I can get my stuff back somehow
